Xeroderma Pigmentosum is a genetic disease where the person has such extreme sensitivity to sunlight that it usually results in skin cancer at an early age. A person that has XP can develop a severe sunburn and/or eye irritation within minutes of being exposed to sunlight. Children with XP can play outdoors only after sunset.
